The Giuseppe Dezza has been hit by a torpedo in WWII as the remains are easily recognized as the front and back section.

The Italian minesweeper Giuseppe Dezza was built on September 12th, 1913 and sunk on August 17th, 1944 in the end of WWII. The ship was called "Pilade Bronzetti" until 1929, and that year it has changed its name into "Giuseppe Dezza". In September 1943 it has turned into the torpedo fleet of the German navy and changed its name again into "TA35". A torpedo has finally cut it in two pieces, so the bow and stern are found at a distance of 50 meters from each other. With an original length of 73 meters and 7.5 meters wide, the Dezza appears to be very narrow. The bow section is more interesting as you can see the bow armament and machine guns.
